NOTICE
Termination of Repair Service on Selected Obsolete Product Models

Obsolete product models listed below may no longer be accepted for repair service. all listed product has been out of warranty for substantial time periods.

IMRA’s ability to repair the models listed below is limited because our existing stock of replacement components has been exhausted and replenishment of stock is no longer possible since vendors have discontinued certain components.

The following product models will be accepted for repair only until 31 July 2010 and while our supply of spare parts lasts: A-10, A-10-SP, A-15, A-20, A-20-HS, A-20-SP, A-20-TS, A-25, A-40, B-4-FC, B-4-MD, B-4-STD, B-30, B-30-SC, B-35, B-50, B-50-KS, B-50V-FC, B-60, B-60-AD, B-60-FC, B-60-MD, B-S-FC, C-10, C-10-CL, C-10-SP, C-15, C-20, C-20-SP, C-20-TS, and C-25.

Repair of the following product models has already been discontinued due to non-availability of spare parts: A-50, A-50-DP, A-60, A-80, B-150, B-150-AS, B-200, C-50, C-60, C-80, C-80-AS, D-200, and D-350LP.

Service Warranties for the affected product listed in this Customer Service Bulletin that are repaired during this terminal time period will be honored to the extent that repair stock components remain available. Some types of repairs for certain of the affected product may still be possible after the terminal period in cases where critical replacement components are not needed. IMRA will make every effort to affect such repair on a case-by-case basis, but at IMRA’s sole discretion
